I have a traditional animation production background, originally taught in the pre-computer era where everything was hand drawn and without even the ability to test the movement before filming. I love stop-motion animation as a hobby it is fun to concentrate on something for a long time. From a BTEC HND Screen Design (Animation, Film and Television) at Gwent College of Higher Education, I received an overall Distinction. Followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Screen Arts and Sciences specialising in animation direction, National Film & Television School, UK. I made many independent films which won awards all over the world, I was commissioned to make some very interesting animated documentaries for charity campaigns, and I made lots of marketing and educational videos. What this means is that I have many years experience of storytelling and I’m pretty happy to learn new software.
